I work as a sustainability consultant within the engineering firm Arup. I’ve been a specialist in sustainable buildings for almost 15 years, working with clients across a broad range of scales and sectors. As part of that role, I was the lead author of the recent 2030 Zero Carbon Pathways report for Sheffield which is setting the agenda for climate action across the city. I enjoy addressing organisational and strategic issues alongside practical building interventions.
I also work with the UK-Green Building Council, sitting on various Task Groups across their Resilience and Nature-Based Solutions workstream.
I originally sat on the SSN Training and Events Group before moving to the Steering Group earlier this year and am the current chair.
