Most businesses create social value through their work (e.g. creating jobs) and the TOMS framework is a useful tool (it's a big Excel spreadsheet) to capture, measure and report what you do.
Look at other resources to help you shout about the good work that you do. The TOMS Framework is weak on some environmental impacts.
